The user requests a flowchart of their data analysis process. The first step involved partial correlation analysis with FDR correction between the following: brain region metrics and eye-tracking task data; brain region metrics and demographic information; eye-tracking data and demographic information; brain region metrics and ASD diagnosis; eye-tracking data and ASD diagnosis; and demographic information and ASD diagnosis. Three key brain regions were identified: ALFF, fALFF, and desc0x2Dcorr_thickness. These brain regions were then used to identify key eye-tracking variables. Using ASD diagnosis as the dependent variable (Y), mediation models were constructed, with brain region variables and eye-tracking variables alternating as the independent variable (X) and mediator variable (M). A total of 1580 models were analyzed, resulting in three mediation models. This describes the data analysis process.
