Seeds of *Cakile maritima* were germinated, and the resulting seedlings were transplanted and grown under greenhouse conditions. After two months of growth and acclimatization, stress treatments were initiated (0 mM, 100 mM NaCl, 200 mM NaCl, 400 mM NaCl, and water stress). Flowers and fruits were counted weekly until the experiment concluded after two months. Plants were then harvested, and morphological parameters and biochemical analyses were performed. Pollen germination assays were also conducted, including measurements of paraffin-embedded stamens to assess pollen viability and germination rates.
