Adult plants (Kosteletzkya pentacarpos, Linum maritimum, and Limonium irtaense) were obtained from CIEF, acclimatized, and then subjected to salt stress treatments (0 mM, 50 mM, 100 mM, 200 mM, and 300 mM NaCl) after 2 months. The number of flowers, fruits, and leaves were measured weekly during this period. At the end of the experiments (after 5-6 months), the plants (Kosteletzkya pentacarpos, Linum maritimum, and Limonium irtaense) were harvested, and morphological parameters were measured. Biochemical and metabolomic analyses were performed, and the produced seeds were subsequently germinated.
